How people live in cash-strapped Venezuela – BBC News

While Venezuela’s political crisis continues, its economic crisis gets more critical every day.
The IMF recently said that it expects annual inflation to reach 2,300% by next year. It means that Venezuela’s cash quickly becomes worthless, people have to carry around wads of cash to buy the smallest item and money is in short supply.
Katy Watson, the BBC’s South America correspondent, reports
